Building a strong connection with patients is crucial for aesthetic practitioners. Patients often come in with a particular idea of what they want to achieve through aesthetic treatments, but it’s important to remember that they may not fully understand the procedures or potential outcomes. Therefore, it’s essential to actively listen to their concerns and questions, educate them on the available treatments and potential risks and benefits, and find common ground where you and the patient are comfortable moving forward.
