Ms. Bertha Osorio-Campbell is a compassionate and dedicated nurse practitioner serving men and women in South Florida. She was born in Nicaragua and moved to Miami at the age of 4, where education has always been her growing foundation. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. Ms. Campbell earned her Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Florida Atlantic University and is nationally board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She worked for over 9 years as a registered nurse caring for adults and premature infants in the intensive care unit as well as teaching nursing students prior to becoming an advanced practice nurse.

Ms. Campbell has specialties in functional/integrative medicine, anti-aging, and hormone replacement, which she acquired from work experience, educational training programs and her own research. Her love for whole person health was instilled early on from her grandmother who always used natural herbs to heal. She also lost over 160 pounds utilizing a functional medicine approach. Because of this she has gained a reputation among her peers and colleagues for being devoted to improving the overall health of her patients by treating each person as a whole and caring for their individual needs. She is adept at treating a variety of conditions– from hormonal imbalance to intestinal and gut disorders– with a focus on preventative and natural remedies to achieve optimum wellbeing. Ms. Campbell has also studied extensively the field of medical aesthetics, which includes the use of injectables, energy based devices and skin resurfacing treatments.

In 2020, Ms. Campbell branched out on her own with her own practice, Institute for Optimal Healing and Aesthetics and quickly gained recognition as the go to practitioner for holistic and aesthetic care in her community. By 2021 she opened a state of the art facility that provided everything from weight loss, wellness services, laser treatments, facial balancing with the use of PDO threads and bio stimulators and root cause medicine work through her functional medicine services.

Because of her first love of teaching, she started her consulting business where she offers courses on how to implement functional medicine and regenerative medicine, weight loss and wellness services into your already existing practice or how to start up your own. Her mission and goal is to show other Nurse Practitioners and healthcare professionals how they too can open their own successful functional medicine and aesthetics practice by providing the tools and resources needed to be competent in the field. Ms. Campbell enjoys and loves learning but even more so teaching others what she has learned herself.

She pledges to seek the truth and inspire others to do the same in order to live a longer, healthier, happier, and spirit-filled life. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, and raising her vibrations through meditation and mindfulness.

Outside of work, Ms. Campbell loves spending time with her family and friends, which includes her 22 year old son Elijah and her 2 year old baby girl Ava, who she conceived as a solo mom by choice in April of 2022.
