About the founders
Paul & Kevin are two great friends and are both entrepreneurs. They have contributed to medical aesthetics massively by starting a few ventures. Medical Alliance is just one good example and is also the nation’s largest mobile surgical services company. In addition, the hunger for success they both had caused the start-up of the company called Thermi. They both are retired now and can advise anyone who is on the same path as they did. They are a great example of perseverance, and you cannot leave without gaining even an ounce of knowledge if you are around them.

Jeffrey Richmond
Jeffrey Richmond is an award-winning expert in the aesthetic industry, specializing in cutting-edge research, light-based and laser dermatological therapies, and radiofrequency technologies for dermatology and cosmetic surgery practices. He was honored by AceTech Ontario in 2014 with their Leadership Initiative Award.
Giving back to the medical community has been a vital component in Naren’s career, and he believes deeply in fostering a philanthropic environment.
Naren is also known for his services as a speaker, consultant, author, and inspirational innovator.
