Naren Arulrajah is the founder and CEO of Ekwa Marketing, which brings together global experts in digital marketing to an online presence of approximately 200 practices across the globe–from start-ups to growing businesses, including those going through mergers and acquisitions. Kim Burke, founder, CEO, and medical director of Kiss Aesthetics, is a leading figure in the field of aesthetic care. A certified nurse practitioner, Kim has earned recognition as one of the “Top 100 Best Injectors in America.” With extensive experience and training from top professionals in the aesthetic and plastic surgery industries, she now shares her expertise through Kiss Academy, her private injectable training course, where she trains the next generation of leading injectors.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Illinois State University and a Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Saint Francis. She has been a featured speaker at numerous conferences, podcasts, and symposiums in her field. She has completed advanced training in areas such as dermal fillers, Sculptra®, PDO thread lifts, and aesthetic consultations. As a national trainer for the Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network (GAIN), Kim continues to influence the industry through her leadership and instruction.
Nicknamed “The Chicago Lip Boss,” Kim has appeared on the podcast “For the Record: An Unfiltered View on Surviving in Aesthetics,” where she shared insights into balancing personal life with professional success. She manages two Kiss Aesthetics locations in the Chicagoland area. Outside of work, Kim has been married since 2003, has two children, and dotes on her two very spoiled dogs.
